The Challenge
A small-batch, artisanal dog treat company—well known for their handmade, high-quality pet treats—was ready to expand into a new category. Their vision? To create a customisable lifestyle brand for animal lovers featuring print-on-demand clothing and homeware adorned with unique dog breed illustrations.

With just three weeks until launch at the world-renowned Crufts Dog Show, they needed a brand name, visual identity, and fully functional eCommerce website that could handle highly customisable product options—all designed, built, and launched in under 21 days.
The Solution
We started with brand strategy—developing a distinctive name and logo that reflected the joy, creativity, and quality behind the brand. The look and feel was designed to complement their existing dog treat business while standing alone as a premium lifestyle offering for animal lovers.

With an incredibly tight timeline, we worked in a collaborative, agile way, connecting daily to share progress, make decisions, and refine the site in real time.
The website was a key component. Built and launched in just two weeks, the eCommerce site needed to offer a smooth, flexible shopping experience across:

The result was a streamlined, user-friendly website that balanced functionality and personality—allowing shoppers to easily create and purchase bespoke items that reflected their love for their dog.
To support launch momentum and ongoing sales, I also supported the launch of their Instagram account, providing creative direction and content planning to build awareness, attract followers, and drive traffic to the site.
